Bookings can be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized booking partners.
A booking is considered confirmed once you have received confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
Workshops operate on a scheduled time-slot basis. Participants are required to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins.
Late arrivals may result in reduced workshop time.
For groups larger than 5 participants, a deposit may be required in advance.

—

# 2. Workshop Experience
Our workshops are designed as creative experiences where participants learn traditional Balinese silver-making techniques and create their own jewelry
Participants understand that this is a guided creative workshop, not a jewelry manufacturing service.
Because the process involves handmade work, fire, and tools:
* Participants must follow all safety instructions from our silversmiths and staff.
* Our team will guide and assist throughout the process, but the final outcome depends on each participant’s own work and creative decisions.
Each piece created in the workshop is unique.

—

# 3. Material Policy
Our workshop fee does not include silver, brass, or gold materials.
Materials are charged separately according to the current price per gram, as displayed in the studio and on our website
All material usage is measured using digital scales during the workshop.
Due to global market fluctuations, material prices may change without prior notice.

—

# 4. Design Limitations
Participants are free to design their jewelry; however:
* Extremely complex designs may not be possible within the workshop time.
* Our silversmiths may recommend simplifying designs to ensure a successful result.
Our goal is to ensure every guest completes a meaningful piece they can take home.

—

# 5. Stones and Additional Materials
Our studio offers a selection of natural stones and decorative materials.
Prices for these materials are clearly displayed in the studio.

# 15. Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Our workshops are hands-on creative experiences, where participants learn traditional techniques and produce their own handmade jewelry.

Because each guest creates their own piece:
* The final result depends on the participant’s design choices, skill level, and creative process.
